Job Title : ServiceNow Developer (UI Builder with Performance Analytics)
Experience Required : 8-12 years
Key Responsibilities :
UI Development :
1. Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly dashboards and interfaces in ServiceNow using UI Builder to enhance user experience.
2. Customize and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and workflows based on user needs and feedback.
3. Ensure the UI adheres to best practices in usability, responsiveness, and accessibility standards.
Analytics and Reporting :
1. Utilize Performance Analytics tools to design and manage reports that track KPIs and operational efficiency.
2. Create custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into service performance and trends.
3. Analyze data within the ServiceNow platform to identify areas for service improvement and optimization.
Performance Management :
1. Monitor and review service performance metrics to provide actionable insights for improving service levels.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish performance benchmarks and continuously enhance processes.
3. Contribute to Performance Improvement Plans using insights derived from analytics.
Collaboration :
1. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Train and support users on ServiceNow analytics tools and reporting features.
3. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow updates and incorporate best practices to utilize new features effectively.
Qualifications and Skills :
Experience :
1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
2. Proven expertise in UI development using UI Builder within ServiceNow.
ServiceNow Modules Expertise :
1. Strong hands-on knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules (Mandatory).
2. Experience with ITBM is a plus.
Analytics Skills :
1. Proficiency in Performance Analytics and ServiceNow reporting tools.
2. Excellent ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
Technical Skills :
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and efficient solutions.
- Ability to customize and optimize ServiceNow workflows and processes.
Soft Skills :
1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
2. Self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision.
