DigiHelic Solutions - ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM Module (3-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will focus on the development, customization, and support of ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM).

The role requires strong technical expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and support ServiceNow applications, specifically in ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules.

- Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client/server scripts.

- Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.

- Develop and maintain Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, and Change Management processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, scripts, and integrations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer, etc.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data schema, tables, and relationships.

- Experience in developing custom applications and modules within ServiceNow.

- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and their implementation in ServiceNow.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

- Prior experience in Agile development methodologies.
