DigiHelic Solutions - Talend Support Engineer (6-10 yrs)

Skills Required : Talend Support(24/5) with strong SQL experience must with good communication.

This is a rotational shift(3shifts) and every month it will change, also 5 days' work from office.

Experience : 6-10 Yrs.

Location : Bangalore/ Hyderabad / Pune

Job Description :

- IT professional with overall 6+ years of experience in Talend ETL development & production support.

- Develop SQL scripts for monitoring, reporting, recurring jobs with failure reporting and recovery.

- Proficiency in SQL is a must.

- Must Have working experience in production support environment, production support processes and SLAs.

- Should be ready to work in shift 24X5.

- Be able to understand client requirements & define/set up production support processes based on it.

- Good experience with extracting data from various sources involving flat files and relational tables.

- Solid and professional communications skills, both verbal and written.

- Responsible for troubleshooting the Talend ETL application related problems and solving them within the SLAs.

- Ability to work independently, and multi-task to meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.

- Should be good with the data analysis and root cause analysis and documenting the day to day issues and resolutions.

- Should be able to understand the source to target mapping rules and bug Fix/enhance based on the user requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and ETL processes.

- Knowledge of Postgres, snowflake is preferred.
