Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Power Automate Developer to join our dynamic team in the financial domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and optimizing automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop, with a strong focus on integrating legacy applications, managing large data set, and ensuring seamless end-to-end automation solutions

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop to enhance business processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient workflows, ensuring automation solutions align with business goals.

- Optimize and handle large datasets effectively using SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and high performance processing.

- Write and debug scripts in Shell Scripts for Ubuntu or PowerShell to support automation tasks and integrate systems.

- Provide end-to-end consultation on automation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment, testing, and maintenance.

- Integrate modern systems with legacy applications, ensuring compatibility and smooth operation, while addressing any system constraints or challenges.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing workflows, identifying areas for optimization to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine automation processes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Primary Skills and Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop for building automation workflows.

- Experience with Ubuntu (Shell Scripting) or PowerShell scripting for automating tasks in a Unix/Linux or Windows environment.

- Solid understanding of SQL databases, with proven expertise in managing large datasets, data extraction, and transformation.

- Basic knowledge of system and application integration processes, enabling seamless communication between various software systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

- Attention to detail- and ability to ensure the quality and reliability of automation solutions.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse for managing and integrating data across applications.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, particularly for cloud-based automation and integration.

- Experience in developing custom Co-Pilot solutions for enhanced automation.

- Familiarity with other automation tools such as UIPath or Automation Anywhere as a complementary skillset.

- Understanding of financial domain processes and workflows, especially in the context of the financial services industry.

Certifications :

- Power Platform Certification (PL500) is required.

- PL600 Certification (Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect) will be a plus.

Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in automation, development, and integration, with a strong focus on Power Automate.
