Job Description :

- Experience in working with users to define their business requirements

- 10+years of experience in managing Operations, out of which 7+ years of experience preferably around e-Commerce technologies such as SAP Hybris

- Should have B2B/ B2C domain experience

- Knowledge of defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

- Strong organizational skills,

- Proven record of making operations efficient and in-depth knowledge of Industry best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement SAP Hybris-based eCommerce solutions.

- Customize Hybris modules and extensions to meet business needs.

- Integrate Hybris with third-party systems like payment gateways, ERP, and CRM.

- Write and maintain clean, efficient Java code using frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.

- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure application performance and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust solutions.

Ideal Candidate :

Experience :

- 7+ years in SAP Hybris development and Java programming.

- Hands-on experience with Spring (Core, MVC, Boot) and Hibernate frameworks.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Microservices.

- Knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.

Preferred :

- SAP Hybris certification.

- Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker).

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
