ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM Module (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Experience in any of the modules ITSM and ITOM

- Experience in Integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools to automate processes and enhance efficiency.

- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow Service Portal development and customization.

- Proficiency in Performance Analytics configuration and reporting within ServiceNow

- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
