ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Module (3-9 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules and extend functionality with additional modules.

- Write efficient code for business rules, client scripts, and workflows.

- Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Collaborate with project teams to gather and clarify requirements.

- Test and debug solutions, ensuring they meet client needs.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 2.5 Years + ServiceNow Experience

- Must have full implementation experience with at least one ServiceNow product

- Strong programming and technical expertise, including advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and API integrations.

- Experience in ServiceNow ITSM and at least one additional module.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development (e.g., scripting, UI policies, and catalog items).

- Familiarity with integrations and data import/export processes.

- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

- ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory); CIS certification for relevant modules (e.g., HRSD, ITOM, etc.) is an added advantage
