Job Role:

This profile looks for candidates having good experience in Application Monitoring Platform. Candidate will be responsible for Implementation, consultation, management of APM platform.

Required:

- Demonstrable experience on managing APM project.

- Very good experience in the implementation, deployment, and integration of various APM tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace.

- Agent installation, configuration, custom dashboards, policy, and rule creation etc. and related troubleshooting

- Understand the business needs in terms of SLO, SLI and translate them into APM solution.

- Analyze performance data collected by AppDynamics or Dynatrace to identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis on outages, and preemptively alert for potential problems.

- Ability to develop custom queries and metrics to enhance visibility into key problem areas in customer environments.

- Experience in creating custom unified dashboards.

- Expertise to integrate APM solutions with as well as ITSM solutions.

- Deep knowledge on Event management, AIOps and observability configurations

- Assist customer in adopting and getting maximum ROI from APM platform.

- Knowledge of ITIL foundations

- Working knowledge of java and shell scripting.

- Good experience in development of integration scripts/programs using SOAP/REST Web-services.

- Good to have experience integrating with Cloud Services.

- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with our business, product, and development teams, skills and ability to articulate business benefit of a technology solution.

- Ability to think strategically, as well as tactically, and to exercise sound judgment in problem-solving and priority/goal setting.

- Self-motivated individual, able to work independently and in coordination with a team.

- Brings can-do attitude and energy to the team.
