Technical Architect - MS Dynamics 365 (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical and business needs, designing Microsoft 365 SaaS-based solutions that align with their cloud strategy.

- Administer and manage Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure Active Directory.

- Utilize Azure Services and Co-Pilot to meet project requirements effectively.

- Develop and implement technical architectures for Microsoft 365 SaaS applications, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, hybrid on-premises technologies (AD, Entra Connect, ADFS), and integrate major third-party Identity Provider solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to performance, connectivity, and security within Microsoft 365.

- Manage and maintain M365 backups and disaster recovery solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in designing and deploying Microsoft 365 SaaS solutions.

- Expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Services and Co-Pilot.

- Proficiency in hybrid identity and access management solutions, including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Active Directory.

- Knowledge of major third-party Identity Provider solutions.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills for resolving performance, connectivity, and security issues.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with modern authentication techniques, especially AAD Service Principals.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or C#.

- Experience in creating infrastructure strategies and roadmaps.
