We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) with 5 years of experience to join our clients team in Hyderabad. This role requires a strong technical background in ServiceNow, combined with exceptional business analysis skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in gathering requirements from stakeholders, managing scrum calls, and guiding the team in process improvements and documentation

Required :

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong experience in ServiceNow implementations.

- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or others relevant to your experience.

- Proven experience in managing Agile processes, including leading scrum calls, managing sprints, and facilitating team collaboration.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for ServiceNow solutions.

- Utilize your technical knowledge of ServiceNow to guide teams and stakeholders on best practices, modules, and possible solutions.

- Lead and facilitate scrum calls, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions. Ensure the project is progressing as per timelines, while aligning with the business goals.

- Assist the team in following and improving processes, including process mapping, design, and workflow optimization within the ServiceNow platform.
