Business Analyst

Who are we looking for?

BA: 5 to 8 years of experience

Technical Skills:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of risk management principles and techniques.
• Proficient in creating clear, concise documentation and process flows (e.g., using tools like Microsoft Office, Visio, or equivalent).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Experience in the [insert industry or specific business domain] is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
