PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support BI solutions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to drive business decisions.
• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Develop functional specifications and user stories for BI solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to optimize business performance.
• Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate solutions meet requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and BI technologies to propose innovative solutions.

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and specifications.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView for data visualization and reporting.
• Basic understanding of SQL and data querying for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Excellent documentation skills for creating business requirements, process flows, and reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project execution.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• B/Sc IT, BTech, BCA, MCA, Any Graduate
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is preferred.
• Training or certification in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
