Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of working experience with following skill sets.
• BE/B.Tech (4-year) or MS Degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field required.
• Good experience in product management for software services for international businesses with clients in the USA and Europe.
• Preferred to expose Solutions architect skills (collect discovery of needs and on-the- spot propose best solutions architecture), charisma, excellent presentation and communications skills, strong video web meeting presence.
• Expertise in REST API .

Skills Required:

• Perform analysis of business issues, provide recommendations for possible solutions,work with business users and IT to drive decision making and define requirements for application development, ensuring that business needs are being met.

• Complete documentation for business requirements which guide application development efforts, working closely with the developers, QA and business teams to ensure successful implementation of business requirements.

• Ensure that all documents are safely kept and accessible for future reference, and carryout routine testing of software patches; assist with new releases, and approve all User Acceptance Testing.

• Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document),Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs).

• Facilitate professional and constant communication with overall users on the status of production problems that might arise and inform them about ways of resolving issues.

• Carryout research on how products are used and suggest ways for systems improvement and efficiency.

• Assist with the development and maintenance of the business requirements process used to define requirements for systems projects, assist with the definition of project scope and create appropriate scope documentation.

• Work under the guidance of senior team members to provide ongoing support to manage application, resolve problems and fulfil service requests that do not require application changes. • Possess in-depth knowledge of the tools and processes required by the role.

• Solid individual performance while partnering with others.

• Shares knowledge in area of expertise

• May provide technical assistance to resolve operating issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Self-starter with ability to multitask, establish and rearrange priorities, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate team-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage time effectively and effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.

• Ability to assess problems; recommend appropriate solutions, and implement them.

• Great customer service skills including verbal, written and conflict resolutions.

• Must be able to work unsupervised, demonstrate initiative, and use good judgment.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.

• May lead and direct the work of others in future.

• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

• Proven organizational skills with the ability to develop a detailed work plan to ensure project success.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of web applications, SOA and technical understanding.

• Preferred knowledge of email encryption, security services.

• Advance working knowledge of SQL. Experience in Microsoft SQL, with good database concepts, Transaction SQL programming, writing queries.

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Any other tools that will be required for building proper GUI interfaces.

• Working knowledge of SDLC standards.

• Experience performing basic BSA and QA tasks within the SDLC process.
