Process Trainer - Pension or Insurance | Noida, Wipro

The Trainer is responsible for colleague development as per the organizational training strategy. Identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that delivers successful business outcomes. Should be able to work as an Individual Contributor with minimum guidance along with cross functional groups across departments to develop employees aimed at job proficiency & higher productivity at their aligned business.

Work Mode- Work from office (5 days)

Shift Timing- 11.30 AM to 9.00 PM

Work Location: Noida- (Non-SEZ), Tower - A, Plot No - 6, Tech Boulevard Park, Sector -127, Noida - 201301, Uttar Pradesh

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering Domain/ Soft skills training for all new hires and existing employees
• Identifying and assessing future and current training needs for their business aligned associates
• Ensure regular schedule SOP maintainence as per cadence
• Conduct effective induction, behaviourial and orientation session
• Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
• Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
• Work closely with aligned Business Leaders
• Maintain and publish Training MIS on an ongoing Monthly basis
• Participate and drive larger Wipro learning initiatives

Experience:

• Must have 6+ Years of Experience
• Past work experience as a trainer is desired
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder relationship management
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
• Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance
• Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
• Optimizing training processes for efficiency
