PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES

• Lead and manage BI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as necessary to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
• Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with company goals.
• Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to improve efficiency and performance.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions, including reporting tools and dashboards.
• Ensure project compliance with security standards, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present project outcomes, status reports, and risk assessments to senior management.

• Strong ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficient in project lifecycle management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in managing BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Any Graduate
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, systems analysis, informatics or a related discipline, including requirements gathering, reporting, Dashboard management
• Experience working with enterprise tools such as Power BI, Tableau
