Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat support to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Handle international calls from customers across various time zones with professionalism and accuracy.
  
• Work on a blended process model, which involves both automated processes and human interaction with customers.
  
• Participate in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in an International BPO environment (preferably).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.
  
• Ability to work flexible hours including night shifts (rotating schedules) as required by the business needs.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
