Role & responsibilities :

Required Technical Skill Set: Storage and Backup Admin (3PAR, Alletra, Unity, PowerStore, Data Protector, Commvault, Veeam)

• Administration of PowerStore and Unity Storage devices.
• Administration of HP 3PAR ,Alletra and MSA storage devices.
• Administration of Brocade and Cisco SAN switches
• Perform Zoning for brocade and Cisco switches
• Perform activities related to Install, Configure and Managing SAN devices and Fiber switches
• Manage storage Allocations, De-Allocations, Share creation, Zoning and Hardware replacement Activities
• Review System Performance and Efficiency.
• Monitoring of Storage and Backup devises.
• Hands-on knowledge on ServiceNow ITSM tool, Incident ,Change and Problem Management Process
• Knowledge on Commvault, Veeam and Data Protector Architecture. Monitor the backups involving multiple backup tools Commvault/VEEAM/Data Protector.
• Strong Technical skills Commvault and Data Protector and able to drive the project tasks
• Hands on experience in upgrading the Commvault , Veeam and Data protector Versions.
• Strong knowledge on Storeonce and Tape libraries.
• Basic understanding of NAS storage.
• Basic understanding of Hyper-V, VMware.
