Chief Manager - Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business functions, gather user requirements, and analyze functional design documents
• Support implementation, improve system and process quality, and maintain information and data systems
• Set expectations with all stakeholders involved in a project, and ensure successful project delivery
• Identify and resolve problems and challenges, designing solutions that meet business needs and align with organizational goals
• Collaborate with internal teams (ETG, other business units), vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Provide comprehensive training and develop relevant training materials
• Coordinate between different business units to ensure seamless, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
• Ensure project completion within defined timelines and budgets
• Guarantee comprehensive business scope coverage during requirement gathering
• Oversee data integration and migration activities, including thorough checks and implementation
• Review and obtain sign-off on Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and Business Requirement Specifications (BRS)
• Design and execute test cases/scenarios, ensuring complete testing closure
• Ensure smooth parallel operation of existing systems during implementation
• Lead process re-engineering initiatives, defining RACI matrices, maker-checker controls, and workflows.
• Manage historical reports, schemes, and payment advice
• Drive adoption and provide ongoing support for newly implemented solutions
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, testing teams, network and infrastructure teams, and other relevant stakeholders to plan and execute deliverables
• Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including high-level and low-level design documents

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• 4 year + experience in the Life Insurance domain, with a strong focus on both Group and Retail segments.
