Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Business Analyst will be responsible for preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), creating wireframe designs, and collaborating with the Domain team to ensure accurate understanding and effective solutions. The role involves working closely with the customer success, technical, and sales teams to enhance client satisfaction, streamline processes, and identify improvement opportunities through data-driven insights.

Experience Required:

• Min. 7 years of experience in business analyst however, should not worked more than 3 years in Pre-Sales.
• Working background in and process optimization.
• Proven experience in designing Wireframing, BRD, UI and UX.
• Proven working in Requirement Gathering.
• Proficient in wireframe design tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma).
