Bachelor's degree

in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, information technology, or a

related field

1. Total Minimum experience of 6 years preferably in Government/PSUs

2. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL)
• Knowledge of business process modeling techniques
• Familiarity with project management methodologies

(e.g., Agile, Scrum)

• Understanding of IT systems and emerging technologies

3. Certifications:

• Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA)
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• PMI Professional in Business Analytics (PMI-PBA)

1. Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through

digital solutions

2. Gather and document business requirements for digital transformation initiatives

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives

4. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business operations

5. Create process models and workflow diagrams to visualize proposed digital

solutions

6. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to support digital transformation efforts

7. Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed digital initiatives

8. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders

9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital

transformation projects

10. Provide training and support to end-users on new digital systems and processes.

11. Continuously assess and refine digital solutions to ensure they meet business

objectives

12. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for digital

transformation projects
