About the role

NHA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to support NHA programs at NHA. The role will work closely with Program manager and NHA management and will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on time, quality within budget delivery. The role will leverage project management expertise and leadership skills to coordinate activities, manage resources, and mitigate risks, while communicating effectively with all project stakeholders.

Qualifications

B.E/B.TECH OR MCA from a reputed college/University.

Technical Experience & Competency

• Overall minimum 10 years of IT experience with 5 years working as project manager post qualification completion.
• Hands on project manager or similar role
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Experience with project management methodologies and frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross- functional teams to achieve program goals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and information to stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results- oriented mindset.
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Jira
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices related to project management.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex security issues and recommend effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Mandate

• Lead the planning, execution, delivery & operations of NHA IT projects ensuring project goals and objectives are achieved within the agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Allocate resources to support project activities and ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and decision-making processes to drive consensus and alignment on project goals and priorities.

• Work with NHA service providers and vendors and ensure expected services are not hampering the citizen delivery.
• Work closely NHA management and Program manager to define and manage day to day operational tasks and track them to closure.
• Monitor and track project progress against the project plan and communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address them.
• Ensure that project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports, is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, and provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project team members.
• Conduct project post-mortems and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for improvement and best practices for future projects.
• IT vendor Management Ensure timely IT deliveries, operations SLA adherance.
