About the role

As Web developer, role will be responsible designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to NHA requirements. The role will closely work with NHA management and other stakeholders to understand user needs, gather requirements, and create intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive website.

Qualifications

B.E/B.TECH OR MCA from a reputed college/University.

Technical Experience & Competencies

• Minimum 4 years experience in IT software development and support post qualification completion.
• should have proven IT experience as a Web Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web development projects.
• Proficiency in front-end web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Experience with back-end development technologies such as PHP, Python, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience in ReactJS and Angular.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, and code collaboration platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross- functional team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in web development.

Key Mandate

• Develop and maintain websites, including both front-end and back-end components, using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Work with NHA IT vendor to review and suggest best practices for NHA portals.
• Collaborate with designers to translate design mock-ups and wireframes into interactive, responsive web pages.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of web pages by testing and debugging across multiple devices and browsers.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability, implementing performance optimization techniques and best practices.
• Implement security best practices to protect websites from vulnerabilities and threats, such as SQL injection and cross-site scripting (XSS).
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality and user experience.
• Develop and maintain custom web applications and content management systems (CMS) to support client needs.
• Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, trends, and best practices, and apply them to enhance web development processes and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and project managers, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
