Qualifications

B.E/B.TECH OR MCA from a reputed college/University.

Technical Experience & Competencies

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in IT development and support roles post qualification completion.
• Proven experience IT operations support, ability to solve customer technical issues.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge & Experience with microservices Architecture, Swagger json / Open API.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of FHIR & SnowmedCT
• Proficiency in using Postman and similar tools for API debugging.

- Experience with API testing tools.

- Knowledge and understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.

- Familiarity with API security standards and best practices.

Key Mandate

• Communication regarding APIs usage and functioning. Provide technical support to Integrators integrating NHA APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API issues reported by clients.
• Document and track API support issues.
• Document API flows and user journeys.
• Collaborate with the Vendor Tech team to fix bugs and improve API performance.
• Communication regarding API sunsetting and scheduled maintenance windows.
• Lead and conduct knowledge sessions with ecosystem partners.
• Mentor junior integration team, ensure right documentation.
• Track and monitor issues with vendor team for timely resolution.
• Lead and Conduct API training sessions for NHA ecosystem partners.
• Lead to develop and maintain API documentation.
• Monitor API performance and report anomalies.
