About the role

NHA is seeking a highly skilled API Support Expert to join the dynamic and fast-paced environment at NHA. The API Support Expert will be responsible for providing technical support to Health Tech Integrators who are integrating NHA APIs into their systems.

Qualifications

B.E/B.TECH OR MCA from a reputed college/University.

Technical Experience & Competencies

• Minimum 6 years experience in IT software development and support post qualification completion.
• Proven experience IT operations support, ability to solve customer technical issues.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of FHIR & SnowmedCT
• Experience with microservices Architecture, Swagger json / Open API.
• Proficiency in using Postman and similar tools for API debugging.
• Experience with API testing tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with API security standards and best practices.

Key Mandate

• Provide technical support to Integrators integrating NHA APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API issues reported by clients.
• Document and track API support issues.
• Collaborate with the development team to improve API functionality.
• Conduct API training sessions for clients.
• Develop and maintain API documentation.
• Monitor API performance and report anomalies.
• Understand and apply the microservices Architecture, Swagger json / Open API, and RESTful API Architectural style in product development.
• Debug API through Postman and similar tools.
