Essential Qualification B.E./ B.Tech./MBA/MCA in any discipline from a recognized university/institute.

Essential Certification Candidates should have SAP- HCM/Payroll certification

Relevant Experience

Profile

• • Should have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in SAP environment in HCM module.
• The experience should include at least end to end implementation of one ERP cycle and maintenance of one ERP system.
• Experience in leading the implementation and roll out of SAP PA, OM, Time, Payroll, ESS & MSS, Appraisals modules.
• Experience of doing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document requirements.
• Experience in Payroll accounting & integration with other Solution components in SAP like Finance
• Upgrade System in accordance with statutory & regulatory changes
• Preparation and execution of test plans & test scripts (Unit / scenario / integration& regression test cycles)
• Provide Functional design specifications for custom developments in the solution.
• Experienced in writing functional specification for Customization and explanation to ABAP technical team.
• ABAP knowledge to de-bug and identify any interrelated issues is desirable.
• Technical Architecture (Table, User exits, ABAP debugging)
• Must have worked in cutover and data migration using, LSMW, BAPI and BDC.
• Train the end users and super users

Must Have Skills for expected outcome • AMS Support experience

• Expertise in troubleshooting the issues and preparing RCA.
• Good Written and Verbal Communication
• Ability to multitask, work diligently, independently and within timelines.
• Takes initiatives & Ownership for the end-to-end closure of the issues
