About the role

NHA is seeking a highly skilled API Support Expert with good understanding of FHIR standards to join the dynamic and fast-paced environment at NHA The ideal candidate should be conversant with the Health and Insurance domain, including the functionality of payers and providers.

Qualifications

B.E/B.TECH OR MCA from a reputed college/University.

Technical Experience & Competencies

• Minimum 6 years experience in IT software development and support post qualification completion.
• Proven experience IT operations support, ability to solve customer technical issues.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Swagger.
• Proficiency in using Postman and similar tools for API debugging.
• Workable knowledge of HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT standards.
• Strong knowledge of the Health and Insurance domain.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Key Mandate

• Support Integrators right from onboarding into Sandbox, both Payers and Providers, for integration to the NHCX platform.
• Coordinate with Developers for any issue faced by Integrators on the NHCX platform.
• Understand and work with the Health and Insurance domain, including the functionality of payers and providers to integrate with NHCX
• Document and track API support issues.
• Collaborate with the development team to improve API functionality.
• Conduct API training sessions for clients.
• Develop and maintain API documentation.
• Monitor API performance and report anomalies.
