Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced OpenAir Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and optimize NetSuite OpenAir PSA (Professional Services Automation) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of OpenAir's functionalities, professional services business processes, and a strong ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implementation & Configuration : Lead OpenAir PSA implementations, including requirement gathering, system configuration, and user training.

- Business Process Analysis : Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend OpenAir best practices.

- Customization & Integration : Configure custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrate OpenAir with NetSuite and other third-party applications.

- Support & Troubleshooting : Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize OpenAir usage.

- Training & Documentation : Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and ensure knowledge transfer to end users.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with OpenAir's latest features and recommend system enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : [6+] years of hands-on experience with NetSuite OpenAir PSA.

- Technical Skills : Expertise in OpenAir modules like Time & Expense, Resource Management, Project Accounting, and Billing.

- Functional Knowledge : Strong understanding of professional services automation (PSA) processes.

- Integration Knowledge : Experience integrating OpenAir with ERP, CRM, or other financial systems.

- Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze business needs and configure OpenAir accordingly.

- Communication : Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and documentation skills.

- Certifications (Preferred) : NetSuite OpenAir Certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with NetSuite ERP or other PSA solutions.

- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for OpenAir integrations.

- Experience in professional services, IT consulting, or project-based organizations
