Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entrata functional consultant to join our team, who will work with QX's global clients. The role involves analyzing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, gathering specific requirements from various client's stakeholders, and configuring Entrata to align with client's specific needs.

The candidate will also be responsible for data migration and integration, developing change management strategies, overseeing system testing, and providing post-implementation support.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Business Process Analysis :

- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

- Work closely with various functions within client's business to understand their workflows and pain areas.

Requirements Gathering and Gap Analysis :

- Gather specific requirements from various stakeholders across the organization.

- Identify gaps between these requirements and the capabilities of Entrata, resulting in a "white-space" document that identifies where QX can pitch in with bots and existing bolt-on solutions.

System Configuration and Customization :

- Further configure Entrata to align with client's specific needs, including customizing workflows, reports, and user interfaces.

Data Migration and Integration :

- Migrate existing data from legacy systems to Entrata.

- Create data migration strategies and ensure seamless integration with other existing systems.

Change Management and User Training :

- Develop effective change management strategies and user training programs to ensure user adoption.

Testing and Go-Live Support :

- Oversee system testing, identify and resolve bugs before go-live, and provide ongoing support during the initial go-live phase.

Post-Implementation Support :

- Perform continuous system performance monitoring, address user queries, and identify opportunities for further optimization.

Must Haves :

- 7+ Years of relevant work experience as Entrata functional consultant.

- Must be client-facing with a demonstrated track record of handling clients directly.

- Open to travel to the UK.

- Valid UK visa preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Deep understanding of business processes and best practices.

- Residential real estate experience preferred.

- Student housing experience highly desirable.

- Project management skills.

- Stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Work Model :

Location : Remote/Ahmedabad/Mumbai/Noida. (There may be some travel requirements to any of QX's office and/or onsite visit to client).

Model : UK onsite/ Hybrid.

Shift Timings : 12 : 30 PM 10 : 00 PM IST / 1 : 30 PM 11 : 00 PM IST.
