Team Lead - US Individual Tax (5-8 yrs)

Job Summary:

As US Accounts Team Lead, you will prepare and analyze financial reports, collaborate with cross functional teams and provide insights to support strategic decision making.

An ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly adaptable, and can build interpersonal relationships with.

Cross-functional exposure and previous experience of working in a fast-paced growth stage organization is a must.

Job Location: Noida, Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to Review complex individual US Tax Returns 1040.

- International Taxation, Tax Research, Transfer Pricing and various Tax Treaties.

- Review and manage foreign Compliance 5471 and 7472 forms.

- Multi State Tax Return.

- Tax compliance review.

- Carry out Tax technical research.

- Prepare and submit tax returns for US clients.

- Support and manage various clients and tax authorities.

- Build relationship with partners to ensure smooth working practices.

- Provide supervision for Associate Accountants.

- Knowledge of all source documents, all schedules and all output forms.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA in Finance

- 5-8 years USA Tax accounting experience, working in the Big 4 Global accountancy firm.

- Minimum 2 year People Management Experience.

- Strong Technical, Interpersonal and Communication skills.

- US Tax Knowledge.

- Experience preparing 1120, 1120S & 1065 & multi state Tax returns.

- Advance knowledge of any 2 Tax Software.

- Shift Time 03:30 PM IST12:30 AM IST (Indian Summers) 4:30 PM IST-01:30 AM IST (Indian Winters).
