Work Mode : Remote.
Work Type : Contract (1 Year Extendable up to 3 years).
Shift Timings : 3 Pm to 12 Am.
Availability : Immediate.
Key Responsibilities :
Endpoint Support & Troubleshooting :
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for endpoint-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Act as an escalation point for the IT Service Desk and support teams.
- Maintain endpoint performance, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
Endpoint Management & Administration :
- Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or equivalent MDM solutions.
- Perform OS imaging, software deployment, and patch management.
- Support and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions, including Citrix, VMware Horizon, or similar.
- Enforce compliance policies related to device security, encryption, and endpoint protection.
Security & Compliance :
- Ensure all endpoint devices comply with security policies and industry best practices.
- Manage endpoint security solutions such as EDR, antivirus, BitLocker, and device encryption.
- Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities on endpoint devices.
Automation & Process Improvement :
- Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation and endpoint management.
- Optimize endpoint deployment and support workflows for improved efficiency.
Collaboration & Documentation :
- Work closely with IT teams (network, security, infrastructure) to ensure seamless operations.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, configurations, and best practices.
- Assist in IT projects related to endpoint infrastructure and management.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in endpoint management, support, or system administration.
- Strong expertise in Windows, macOS, and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF, VMware Horizon, Citrix, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (EDR, antivirus, encryption, vulnerability management).
- Experience in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- IT certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Endpoint Administrator Associate, ITIL, or relevant security certifications are a plus.
