Information Technology Support Specialist (2-5 yrs)

We are looking for IT Support Specialist ( HC 5) to join our team in Bengaluru.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring timely issue resolution.

- Manage and resolve IT helpdesk tickets, escalating complex issues when necessary.

- Assist in system administration, including user account management, software installations, and configurations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to support IT infrastructure and maintain business continuity.

- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for company devices and systems.

- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and data protection guidelines.

Technical Skillset :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.

- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and/or Mac operating systems.

- Experience with common office applications (e.g, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

- Understanding of basic networking concepts, system configurations, and troubleshooting techniques.

- Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory) :

- ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certifications are an advantage.

Work Arrangements :

Onsite, rotational support role (standard office hours with occasional 24/7 standby support).
