Intelliswift Software - Linux System Administrator - EDA Infrastructure (4-5 yrs)

Role : Linux System Administrator

Job Duties :

- Support all Compute/Storage/networking infrastructure issues.

- Support multi-site, EDA infrastructure

- Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity

- Setup alerting, reports/dashboards for monitoring overall system health

- Plan & implement optimization for network/compute/storage systems being used

- Recommend and implement solutions to improve performance of workloads

- Support diverse Engineering Design Automation environment

Required Skills :

- BS degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience

- 4+ years of relevant experience implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting the Unix/Linux operating system

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Linux operating system internals, filesystems, disk/storage technologies

- Hands on experience in developing & supporting compute/storage/network systems & solutions

- Experience with scripting and writing/modifying code to improve monitoring or deployment using Shell programming

- Outstanding problem solving, partner management, and communication skills (verbal and written)
