Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Odoo Consultant at Target Integration. The Senior Odoo Consultant will be responsible for implementing Odoo ERP solutions, customizing modules, providing training and support to clients, and analyzing business requirements to create effective software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- As part of the role, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Odoo modules, ensuring that they align with the clients operational needs.

- You will also provide ongoing support and training, enabling clients to effectively use the system to optimize their business operations.

- A key component of the role is to perform detailed analysis of client requirements, creating solutions that enhance business efficiency and drive value.

- You will be expected to work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of quality.

- In addition to technical expertise, the Senior Odoo Consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to project management efforts, guiding junior consultants, and ensuring best practices are adhered to.

The role requires a problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications :

- Experience in implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions

- Knowledge of Python programming language

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
