- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Sales person to join our dynamic sales team.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling SaaS and CRM solutions, with a deep understanding of the IT field.
- The role requires strong business development skills, experience in closing deals, and the ability to understand and cater to clients' IT needs, particularly in CRM services.
- Experience with Zoho CRM is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities for SaaS and CRM solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales of CRM services, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Understand and communicate the value of SaaS, CRM, and IT services to different industries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, IT products, and competitive offerings.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in IT sales, specifically in SaaS and CRM solutions.
- CRM Experience: Experience selling Zoho CRM or similar CRM solutions is highly desirable.
- IT Knowledge: Solid understanding of the IT industry and technology solutions.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
