MonoSpear Technologies - Functional Consultant - Oracle HCM Module (4-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our growing team.

You will play a critical role in the successful implementation and support of Oracle HCM solutions for our clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules, business processes, and best practices in HR.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients, translating them into functional specifications for Oracle HCM solutions.

- Design and configure Oracle HCM modules (e. , Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruitment) to meet client requirements.

- Perform gap analysis between client requirements and Oracle HCM functionality, and recommend solutions.

- Develop and execute test plans for Oracle HCM implementations, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM functionalities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM implementations.

- Stay current with the latest releases and updates to Oracle HCM Cloud and industry best practices.

- Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.

- Collaborate effectively with project teams, including developers, technical consultants, and project managers.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- 4+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruitment).

- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
