Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting various HCM Cloud functionalities.
The role demands excellent problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to work with stakeholders to design and optimize HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a functional consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Performance Management, Time & Labor, and Compensation.
- Gather business requirements, analyze them, and propose effective Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules to align with business requirements and processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reports development.
- Conduct functional testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve any issues.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot production issues.
- Train and support end-users, ensuring effective adoption of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and releases, assessing their impact on business processes.
- Document requirements, configurations, test scripts, and solutions comprehensively.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Oracle HCM Expertise : Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong understanding of its architecture and functionalities.
- Implementation Experience : Proven track record of end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Functional Knowledge : In-depth understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
- Configuration Skills : Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering solutions that add value to the organization.
- Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, or HCM Extracts is a plus.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud integration with other systems (i.e., ERP, third-party applications) is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s).
- Experience with global implementations across multiple geographies.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies.
