Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Qlik View and Qlik Sense Specialist with hands-on expertise in utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools to drive data visualization, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Qlik View and Qlik Sense, as well as a strong understanding of their application in a business context.

Knowledge of Qlik Gold Client is also a mandatory requirement. The role involves setting up and configuring the Qlik tools for testing purposes, educating teams on tool usage, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the tools are effectively leveraged in business operations and testing cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

Setup and Configuration :

- Set up and configure test data in Qlik View and Qlik Sense to support various business intelligence requirements.

- Ensure proper data mapping and alignment with business needs for accurate reporting and analysis.

Business Intelligence Implementation :

- Understand how Qlik View and Qlik Sense can be utilized in the Polaris program, optimizing their functionalities for efficient use.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business needs and design data visualization solutions accordingly.

Training and Education :

- Educate testing teams and business users on how to effectively use Qlik View and Qlik Sense during testing cycles and business processes.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower the teams in using these tools to their maximum potential.

Tool Maintenance & Troubleshooting :

- Maintain the Qlik View and Qlik Sense tools, ensuring they are running smoothly and without issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or functional issues with the tools, providing timely solutions to maintain operational efficiency.

Qlik Gold Client Expertise :

- Leverage experience with Qlik Gold Client to manage Qlik data effectively.

- Ensure the integration and compatibility of Qlik Gold Client with Qlik View and Qlik Sense for optimized performance.

Collaboration & Support :

- Work closely with other BI experts, business analysts, and technical teams to integrate Qlik tools into the organization's broader data architecture.

- Provide ongoing support to ensure the continued functionality and improvement of the BI tools.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience with Qlik View and Qlik Sense : Proven experience in using Qlik View and Qlik Sense for data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.

- Qlik Gold Client Experience : In-depth experience with Qlik Gold Client is mandatory, including setting up and managing Qlik data for testing and reporting purposes.

- Business Intelligence Expertise : Strong understanding of Qlik as a Business Intelligence tool (not data management), with the ability to design and implement effective BI solutions.

- Technical Proficiency : Expertise in troubleshooting issues related to Qlik View and Qlik Sense tools and providing solutions.

- Communication Skills : Strong ability to educate and train users on the use of Qlik tools, ensuring clarity and understanding across teams.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues with the tools, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Additional BI Tools Knowledge : Familiarity with other BI tools and platforms would be a plus.

- Technical Background : Understanding of underlying technical architecture for Qlik platforms is beneficial.
