Oracle Consultant - HR/HCM Modules (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Formula Development : Design, test, and implement Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, deductions, and time & labor tracking.

- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to Fast Formulas, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with regulations.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all formulas, processes, and changes made to the payroll and time & labor systems.

- Collaboration : Work closely with HR, payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure formulas meet business needs.

- Training & Support : Provide training and support to HR and payroll staff on Fast Formulas and system functionalities.

- Compliance : Ensure all formulas comply with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and company policies.

- Continuous Improvement : Regularly review and optimize existing formulas for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience with Fast Formulas in Oracle HCM Cloud or similar HRIS systems.

- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and time & labor management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
