Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Support & Implementation (5-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team on a contract basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM solutions, with a strong focus on the Benefits and Absence Management modules.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or participate in the implementation of Oracle HCM modules, with a focus on Benefits and Absence Management.

- Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet client-specific requirements.

- Perform data migration and integration activities.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HCM implementations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HCM configurations.

- Analyze business processes related to employee benefits, leave management, and other HR functions.

- Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Identify and recommend process improvements and best practices.

- Analyze HCM data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and generate reports.

- Utilize SQL or other reporting tools to extract and analyze data.

- Collaborate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.

- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and business audiences.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a strong focus on Benefits and Absence Management.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Benefits, Absence Management, and related functionalities.

- Strong understanding of HR processes related to employee benefits and leave management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
