Senior Oracle HCM/Cloud Consultant (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on Canadian Payroll.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of Payroll regulations, including tax laws, deductions, and reporting requirements.

- Proven experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of Canadian Payroll in Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Expertise in at least one other Oracle HCM Cloud module beyond Canadian Payroll (e., Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Compensation, Talent Acquisition).

- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective HCM Cloud solutions.

- Configure and test Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including integrations with other systems.

- Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

- Provide training and support to clients on the use of Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud releases and best practices.

- Adhere to project timelines and budgets.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills :

- Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a particular focus on Canadian Payroll.

- Proven experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of Canadian Payroll in Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud APIs, integrations, and reporting tools.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Integrations (OCI)

- Experience with Agile methodologies

- Relevant Oracle certifications (e., Oracle HCM Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist)

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
