Job Title : Oracle Cloud Fusion HRMS Developer.
Technical Skills Required :
- Proven experience as a developer in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with at least [X years] of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules, components, and architecture.
- Proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and regulations.
Soft Skills Required :
- Dedication to quality assurance and on-time achievement for agreed deliverables.
- Experience in capturing and analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into functional requirements.
- Understanding of financial services operating models and linkages between business changes and IT requirements, ideally in an insurance business.
- Very good team player who is skilled at building up and managing stakeholder relationships successfully.
- Ambitious, team-oriented, results-driven, growth-oriented mentality.
- Highly self-driven personality and ability to think "out of the box" and raise the bar.

Purpose :
We are seeking a talented Oracle Fusion Cloud HRMS Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining custom solutions within Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud.
This role will involve working closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop technical solutions, and enhance the functionality of Oracle Fusion Cloud HRMS applications.
