Analyst/Senior Analyst - Asset Management (0-6 yrs)

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Hyderabad, India office. The role involves working primarily with U.S. based banks, C-Suite executives, CFO organization, Finance, and the PDL team(s).

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY :

In this role, you will work with the Asset Management team in the Hyderabad office to ensure seamless loan draw and disbursement tasks. You will collaborate with Finance, Counsel, Lenders, Consultants, and other third parties to achieve funding milestones. Additionally, you will work with the CFO and COO organizations on portfolio-wide initiatives such as cash forecasting and budget estimation, and with the Valuations team on monthly and quarterly valuation and NAV deliverables. You will also be responsible for producing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and compliance certificates summarizing progress, milestones, credit facility utilization, and budget compliance. Furthermore, you will help build and improve business processes, streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and create process manuals.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Basic Qualifications:

- A post-graduate or MBA degree, an exceptional academic track record, and 1-2 years of relevant work experience

- An understanding of financial models, agreements, the loan syndication process, and a good working knowledge of loan disbursement processes

- Experience interacting with front office teams and external parties, including lenders, third-party consultants, and vendors

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently with limited direction and guidance

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the renewable energy sector

- Good working knowledge of setting up executive dashboards and using visual tools such as Power BI
