MonoSpear Technologies - Oracle Cloud Subscription Management Functional Consultant (4-5 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Subscription Management Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Subscription Management solutions for our clients.

You will play a critical role in helping businesses effectively manage their subscriptions, drive revenue growth, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Subscription Management solutions, including system design, configuration, data migration, and testing.

- Configure and customize subscription management settings, pricing rules, billing cycles, and other key functionalities.

- Integrate Oracle Cloud Subscription Management with other enterprise systems (e.g, ERP, CRM, billing systems).

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the subscription management system.

- Analyze existing subscription management processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Design and implement new processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.

- Develop and implement best practices for subscription management.

- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve roadblocks, and mitigate risks.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with finance, IT, sales, customer service, and other relevant departments.

- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.

- Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Subscription Management functionalities and best practices.

- Experience with data integration, data quality, and data migration.

- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices for subscription management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Subscription Management solutions.

- Proven experience in leading and managing subscription management projects.

- Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and associated financial processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Strong project management and organizational skills
