Oracle Functional Consultant - EBS Module (4-7 yrs)

Exp : 4 to 7 Years.

Location : Pan India.

Should have good experience in OTL.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct workshops with business users to gather and document functional requirements.

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.

- Create detailed functional specifications and design documents.

- Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business requirements, including but not limited to

- Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA) Supply Chain Management (SCM) Human Capital Management (HCM) Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Develop custom reports, forms, interfaces, and conversions (RICE) as needed.

- Develop and execute test plans and test scripts.

- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve issues.

- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the implementation process.

- Lead and coordinate implementation activities, including data migration, system cutover, and post-implementation support.

- Provide training to end-users on new processes and system functionalities.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and applying patches. Assist with system upgrades and enhancements.

Qualifications :

- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS implementation and support.

- Strong functional knowledge of at least two Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM, PPM).

- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with Oracle EBS R12.x and Cloud ERP is a plus.

- Certification in Oracle EBS modules is preferred.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.

- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS).

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
