Role Description
As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Techno Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
You will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, and providing end-to-end consultancy for various customer requirements.
You will also work on Salesforce.com administration and support various aspects of CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze, design, and implement CRM solutions for business needs.
- Manage the Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments, ensuring they are running efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with CRM systems.
- Provide recommendations for CRM best practices and process improvements.
- Customize CRM workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure CRM integrations with other enterprise systems are seamless.
- Conduct training sessions and create training materials for CRM users.
- Provide post-implementation support and maintenance for CRM systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
- Document configurations, processes, and changes to the CRM system.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, tools, and trends.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
Experience & Expertise :
- 6+ years of experience in CRM consulting, with at least 3+ years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Experience with Salesforce.com administration and configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challenges.
- Deep knowledge of business processes in sales, customer service, and marketing.
- Prior experience in system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customizations, workflows, forms, and reports.
- Strong knowledge of CRM-related technologies, integrations, and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com administration (profiles, permissions, workflows, reports).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, databases, and business intelligence tools is an added advantage
