Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in US Payroll and Time & Labor modules to support the implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM systems.
As part of a global team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional solutions, configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules, and supporting integration with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll and Time & Labor modules.
- Act as a functional consultant to guide clients in the setup and best practices for payroll and timekeeping processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise in US Payroll, including compliance, taxation, and wage reporting requirements.
- Configure Time & Labor modules to streamline time tracking, absence management, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of HCM modules with other systems (e.g, Finance, Benefits).
- Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to payroll processing and timekeeping.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- Stay current on Oracle Cloud updates and best practices in HCM systems, specifically in Payroll and Time & Labor.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with a focus on Payroll and Time & Labor.
- Strong knowledge of US Payroll rules, regulations, and taxation processes.
- Experience with integration between Payroll, Time & Labor, and other HCM or ERP systems.
- Proficient in Oracle Cloud HCM modules setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills :
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification (Payroll, Time & Labor, or related modules).
- Experience working in global payroll environments.
- Knowledge of payroll-related reporting and compliance tools in Oracle Cloud.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
