Functional Consultant - Oracle ERP (3-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle ERP Cloud Maintenance Functional Consultant with 3-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Maintenance modules.

In this role, you will provide subject matter expertise (SME) in the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Maintenance solutions, focusing on delivering end-to-end business process integration.

You will be involved in the solution design, business process analysis, and system integration efforts, leveraging Oracle's suite of tools and technologies to help customers improve operational efficiency and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the functional design of Oracle Cloud Maintenance and Field Services solutions to meet client needs, ensuring integration with other Oracle modules (e., Oracle Cloud Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain).

- Configure Oracle Cloud Maintenance modules (e., Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Asset Management) to match client requirements, utilizing Oracle's best practices and configuration tools.

- Lead and support all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and Oracle Cloud's out-of-the-box functionality, recommend and configure customizations, and create functional specifications for custom development

- Work closely with clients to assess and define their business processes, ensuring alignment with Oracle Cloud Maintenance and industry best practices.

- Provide thought leadership to clients on improving maintenance operations and enhancing asset management and service delivery processes.

- Analyze, document, and optimize operational workflows related to maintenance, repair, asset lifecycle management, and spare parts management.

- Implement and configure Oracle Cloud Maintenance modules, focusing on key areas like Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), Asset Lifecycle Management, and Inventory Integration.

- Integrate Oracle Cloud Maintenance with other systems and Oracle applications (e. , Field Service Management, Procurement, and IoT).

- Configure data interfaces for integrating maintenance data with other enterprise systems (e. , external systems like IoT-based sensors, SCADA, etc.

- Ensure data migration and conversion processes are performed effectively during the initial deployment phase.

- Define test scenarios, prepare test scripts, and perform functional testing on the configured Oracle Cloud Maintenance solution.

- Work with the client to execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that all business requirements are validated and resolved before go-live.

- Document test results, track issues, and support clients in addressing any discrepancies or defects.

Qualifications :

- 3-8 years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Maintenance modules, with hands-on expertise in configuration, testing, and deployment of these solutions.

- Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations, including working with Oracle Cloud Maintenance and related modules such as Oracle Cloud Field Services.

- Experience configuring Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Asset Management, and Cloud Field Services for integration with other Oracle Cloud modules (e., Supply Chain, Procurement).

- Expertise in configuring Oracle Cloud Maintenance applications (e. , Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, Work Orders, Inventory Management).

- Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services, REST APIs, and other integration tools to connect Oracle Cloud with third-party applications.

- Experience with Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), test automation tools, and validation scripts.

- Knowledge of data migration tools and processes for migrating legacy data to Oracle Cloud.

- Oracle Cloud Field Services experience, including knowledge of mobile solutions and technician dispatch functionalities.

- Broader expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud or related applications, such as Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle SCM Cloud, would be beneficial.

- Familiarity with IoT integration in Oracle Cloud for predictive maintenance capabilities
