Oracle Technical Consultant - Fusion & HCM Cloud (4-8 yrs)

Role : Oracle Fusion HCM Sr. Techno Technical Analyst- Data & Integration.

Exp : 4+ years.

Location : Bangalore-Hybrid Mode.

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days (official notice period only).

Skills : Oracle Fusion Hcm, Data & Integration, Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, Inbound & Outbound Interface, HDSl, HSDL, API.

Required Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience.

General :

- Minimum 4+ year of Techno - Functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

- Extensive knowledge in Hire to Retire business process.

- Exposure to Data & Integration module is must.

- Designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.

- Experience of working through Agile methodology.

- Excellent Communication- and presentation skills.

- Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs.

Functional Competencies :

- Strong understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, XML, and JSON.

- Strong technical knowledge in BIP, OTBI, HCM Extract, API, HDL, HSDL.

- Functional expertise on other HCM modules is highly preferred.

- Expertise in Personalization (sandbox) and Functional Setup Manager usage.

- Strong- consulting skills such as Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall, Support Management.

Technical- Competencies :

- Strong knowledge and working experience in writing Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, Inbound & Outbound Interface, HDSl, HSDL, API.

- Good knowledge of HCM table structures and data flow.

- Expert in designing UDTs, Lookups & Worksheet dynamic columns.

- Expert is building BIP , OTBI Reports, with bursting options.

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

- As Product expert, Work towards enabling solutions via CHRs & Projects.

- Resolve technical / config issues & bugs.

- Act as Technical L3 Support to resolve complex tickets.

- Lead testing & processes for Release Upgrades / Deployments / Implementation.

- Participate in Agile Scrum calls as product expert to provide updates.

- Learn, understand & assess release content document for each upgrade.

- Support GDPR and Data Privacy topics.

- Document the solutions and prepare process flow diagrams.

- Train the peers and business users via Change Management process.
