Role & responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with business goals; collaborate with business leaders and support head office-driven initiatives
• Manage onboarding, drive employee engagement, and support talent needs for Collections Call Centre/Operations employees
• Strong in managing employee issues and concerns
• Lead the performance management process for on-roll employees
• Ensure awareness and compliance of HR policies across the branch
• Collect and analyze HR data, with Excel skills for data representation
• Manage organizational change initiatives, supporting leaders and employees through transitions

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in HR
• 5+ years of experience, especially in managing Domestic BPO/Call Centre employees
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of HR principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis
