Travel Desk Senior Executive

• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transportation) for employees.
• Handle travel-related inquiries and resolve issues for employees.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
• Maintain records of travel expenses and assist in expense reporting, Expert in MIS.
• Liaise with Travel vendors, hotels, and transport services to secure the best rates.
• Handle Accommodation and Guest House services.
• Liaise with Embassies/Consulates for immigration regulations.
• Manage Travel and Immigration services for Indian and Expat staff.
• Negotiate contracts with Airlines, Hotels, and service apartments.
• Develop cost-effective plans for Travel, Visa, and Travel Insurance.
• Provide pre-travel advice on security, safety, and Visa regulations
• Assist with scheduling meetings and events (Travel Partners/Transports/etc..).
• Source travel partners, real estate, event venues, small hubs, and storage options, and establish local market connections for collaboration
